二、日常保潔項目方(fang)案(an) 1、辦(ban)(ban)公室地(di)面清潔維護,主要時間(jian)集(ji)中(zhong)于辦(ban)(ban)公室上(shang)班(ban)前(qian)或下班(ban)后; 2、用干凈毛巾清(qing)潔擦(ca)拭(shi)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)桌、檔案(an)柜(ju)、文件(jian)(jian)柜(ju)、會(hui)議沙發、茶幾茶具、辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)室電話、辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)設(she)施(shi)設(she)備(bei)等辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)室設(she)備(bei)家具;不(bu)丟棄不(bu)翻閱(yue)辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)桌面上的檔案(an)、文件(jian)(jian)等文件(jian)(jian),在擦(ca)拭(shi)文件(jian)(jian)柜(ju)、辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)設(she)備(bei)等辦(ban)(ban)(ban)公(gong)設(she)施(shi)時注意物品(pin)安全; 3、擦(ca)拭門窗、窗臺(tai)、墻壁、天(tian)花板、辦公設施與(yu)裝飾物件等; 4、及時(shi)清(qing)理(li)清(qing)倒煙灰缸、茶(cha)具茶(cha)垢、垃圾桶紙(zhi)簍內(nei)的垃圾; 5、辦(ban)公室清理完畢關(guan)閉窗戶、隨手關(guan)閉門(men)窗;
三(san)、保潔托管(guan)注意事項 1、由于受時間(jian)制(zhi)約,需在規(gui)定時間(jian)內完(wan)成作(zuo)業,并制(zhi)定相應周密的清(qing)潔計(ji)劃,事先(xian)設計(ji)好作(zuo)業內容(rong)、作(zuo)業路線、作(zuo)業程序、作(zuo)業時間(jian),要(yao)求保潔人員按計(ji)劃作(zuo)業,動作(zuo)利索快捷。 2、地拖、塵推(tui)、抹布等清潔(jie)工(gong)具(ju),可(ke)根據實際情況(kuang)相應調整,工(gong)具(ju)藥劑器械(xie)齊全,以減(jian)少往返清洗時(shi)間(jian),提高保潔(jie)頻率與保潔(jie)效率。 3、進入(ru)客(ke)戶已下班的(de)辦公室(shi)作業時,必須由(you)2人(ren)(ren)或2人(ren)(ren)以上同(tong)時進行保潔作業,盡(jin)量不觸碰桌面(mian)文件(jian)及貴重物(wu)件(jian)并注(zhu)意不做令人(ren)(ren)懷疑的(de)動(dong)作,以免產(chan)生誤(wu)會。 4、擦(ca)拭辦公桌(zhuo)椅時,桌(zhuo)面(mian)上的文(wen)件(jian)、物品等不得亂動。如發現手表、項(xiang)鏈、錢包、手機、通訊器材等貴重物品,應立即向主管及保(bao)安部門報告。 5、抹(mo)飾柜、飾物等(deng)貴重(zhong)物品、陳列品時,切記要(yao)小心、抓穩、輕抹(mo)、輕放,一般情況下不得(de)使用有(you)腐蝕(shi)性的(de)清潔劑。 6、吸塵器聲音大,室內吸塵作(zuo)業可安(an)排在客(ke)戶(hu)上班前(qian)或下班后進行。 7、辦公室鑰匙必須有嚴格的(de)管(guan)理制度,除(chu)指定人員(yuan)外,不得交與(yu)任何人員(yuan),客戶要求開門或保潔人員(yuan)作業(ye)時返回室內,應嚴格執(zhi)行登(deng)記手續(xu)。
